With extensive experience spanning over a decade in the fitness industry, Alex supports clients of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals through targeted, bespoke programmes.
Aged from 18 - 80+, Alex’s clients work with him to achieve a vast spectrum of goals, addressing everything from weight loss and gain, to mobility training, postural correction, stress relief, enhancing mental wellbeing and much more.

With programmes built to instil vitality, Alex will get your heart racing for all the right reasons. These sessions pair higher intensity intervals with periods of rest or lower intensity sets. Alex is based from two of Gloucestershire's most exciting fitness spaces - The Stronghold in Cheltenham and The Conditioning Club in Fairford. Both offer an unparalleled high standard of equipment and energy.
THE STRONGHOLD
Cheltenham
The Stronghold is the heartbeat of 1:1 training and classes in Cheltenham, providing the ideal space for Alex to deliver tailored client sessions, alongside coaching the occasional class.
Equipped with a selection of state of the art kit and a separate training floor offering a level of privacy incomparable with other spaces – ideal for those less comfortable with the busyness of a typical gym floor.

Alex has been part of the furniture at The Stronghold for the past three years where he has the pleasure of working alongside founders, Dave Pinco and Tom Langton.
THE CONDITIONING CLUB
Fairford
Fast establishing itself as Fairford’s force in fitness, The Conditioning Club boasts the community feel of a local gym, combined with industry leading equipment.

Alex’s sessions here are delivered within the main gym setting allowing clients to soak up all the feel good energy of The Conditioning Club’s strong community ethos.

Alex has coached clients here from the gym’s inception last year, working together with founder John Watson to build the gym’s now loyal and growing membership.
